NMS: Nairobi Green Park Bus Terminus 60 percent complete

The Nairobi Green park Bus terminus is now at 60 percent. The contractor eyes on completing the magnificent park in two weeks.


The Green Park Terminus is aimed at decongesting the City and pave way for efficient transport means within the CBD.
“Changes that are coming are for good. We are in the process of reducing traffic flow with CBD and one way is to ensure that all PSVs have bus terminus.” NMS Maj. Mohammed Badi said.

The state-of-art facility is designed to serve all PSV vehicles operating from Ngong, Lang’ata and Mombasa road.
A routine spot check by uzalendo news has established that the contractor is currently hand packing and constructing base for shade erection which is at 70 percent.

Speaking to Uzalendo News, one of the supervisors whose identity remains anonymous told Uzalendo that the remaining 30 percent will be completed in four days.


“We work day and night and in four days we will erect the shades as well as finish up the ongoing hand packing. The only challenge we are facing is the frequent change of weather conditions.”
