Kazakhstan airline, air Astana has expressed its interest in buying 30 737s from Boeing for its recently launched budget airline FlyArystan.
The 737 Max was grounded after two crashes for regulatotrs to assess changes to the plane before clearing it to fly.
However Air Astana is said to have only signed a “letter of intent” rather than a firm order.
Several other airlines are also planning to buy the aircraft; Turkeys SunExpress said it intends to buy 10 737s and British Airways parent IAG had earlier said it would buy the Max aircraft but it is yet to.
