Duo convicts, Juma Ali Saidi and Erick Mogaka Shikubu appeared today before principal magistrate Derrick Kuto in Kibera.
The two were accused of robbery with violence on two accounts.
On the first account, on March 6, at Waitatha area in Dagoreti armed with a pistol gun, the accused robbed Harrison Kariuki Ndung’u Tecno SF1 mobile phone valued at Sh14, 000 with additional cash of Sh10, 000.
It was said that on the second account, on the same day and area, purloined from Esther Karanja Infinix S4 valued at Sh7, 990.
They denied charges and were each released on Sh1 million. Their case will be heard on May 27, 2020.
