The trustees of the property said that they have started the formal process of distributing Nyachae’s assets to beneficiaries cited in his will.
They urged those who also believe that they should be included in the sharing to contact them.
The trio said that after the notice expires the estate will be distributed among those entitled to it.
The notice also directed those who believe that they are entitled to the wealth to submit the same through the Daly and Inamdar Advocates, who have offices at ABC Place along Waiyaki Way in Westlands, Nairobi.
