Musalia Mudavadi, the leader of the African National Congress, has stated that the One Kenya Alliance will pick its flag bearer soon, with a probable timeline of January 2022.
Mudavadi, an OKA principal, was accompanied by One Kenya Alliance principals in an AIPCA church service in Naivasha, Nakuru County.
He added that the ANC Party will continue to promote his presidential campaign ahead of the ultimate endorsement, which will take place during the ANC Party’s National Delegates Conference.
Pressure has been mounting on Mudavadi to be declared a flagbearer in the OKA alliance.
Senator Cleophas Malala alluded that Musalia is the most likely candidate in the race to succeed President Uhuru Kenyatta.
He declared that the ANC will pull out from the alliance, should the principals not announce a flag bearer by December.
