Okiya Omtatah has pinpointed conflicting figures in form 34C used by the IEBC’S chairman Mr.Chebukati to declare the August 9, 2022 president-elect.
Okiya Omtata claims that the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission recorded 508,647 mysterious votes after the presidential election.
The votes, according to Omtata, are fictitious and cannot be explained by the data presented by the electoral commission.
Okiya Omtata, while displaying Moses Sunkuli’s affidavit, also claimed that there were 1.6 million voters who voted from 5 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. on Tuesday, August 9, 2022.
This begs the question of where the voters came from, despite the fact that polling places closed at 5.00 p.m.
Okiya Omtata also testified before the Supreme Court that when total voter turnout is subtracted from rejected votes on Form 34C, the resultant figure for valid votes is 14,213,137.
Omtata explains that the exact figure registered in Form 34C is 14,213,137.
He goes on to say that the figure is incorrect because adding the votes assigned to each of the four candidates on Form 34C yields a total of 14,213,027 votes.
