On Guard: Police Gun Down Armed Robbers In Kayole

Two suspected robbers in the Kosovo area were shot and killed by police in Kayole, Nairobi, while two others escaped with crude weapons.
The two were among four people who robbed people on their way to work early Tuesday morning.
The two gunmen, according to Kayole OCPD Paul Wambugu, had terrorized residents for a long time and had previously been arrested for similar crimes.
According to the police chief, officers on patrol had received information about thugs who were waylaying and robbing people during the morning rush hour.
When challenged to surrender, the suspected criminals refused, prompting the police to open fire.
