A Migori Court official has been shot dead in unclear circumstances.
Ms. Phoebe Auma Suda, who worked as a Senior Court Assistant was shot dead alongside her motorbike rider while on her way to work.
Chief Justice Martha Koome confirmed the incident, saying the matter is under investigation by police officers.
She has called for calm and assistance from members of the public to assist in identifying the shooter.
