Joel Mburu, a theft suspect was today arraigned before senior principal magistrate Esther Boke in a Kibera law court.
Mr. Mubru was charged with theft of a mobile phone.
It was said that on February 25th at Kangemi stage in Nairobi the accused robbed one Samson Kimani Infinix Hot 4 mobile phone valued at Sh13, 000.
He however pleaded not guilty and was released on Sh200, 000 bond with an alternative cash bail of Sh10, 000. His case will be mentioned on March 13th for pre-trial and heard on May 11th, 2020.
