Dickson Mwendwa and Marvin Mutula were today sentenced to one-month imprisonment with an alternative fine of Sh3000 each.
The two were charged with breach of peace on February 16th at Adlife plaza in Nairobi’s Kilimani area.
It was reported that Mwendwa and Mutula became violent after drinking liquor in a wines and spirits shop in the same building. They said nasty words to anyone who came their way.
As a result, Benjamin head of security tried to cool them down but instead they turned on him and started abusing him too. Mr. Benjamin called for backup from Kilimani Police Station and the two were arrested.
Dickson and Marvin pleaded guilty as charged and senior principal magistrate Esther Boke fined them Sh3000 each or an alternative imprisonment of one month.
