Police in Ugenya sub-county are investigating the death of a 28-year-old man, whose body was found inside his house in Hulwik village, Karadolo East, Siaya County, on Wednesday evening.
The body of the herdsman was discovered lying in his house’s sitting room.
Cleti Kimaiyo, Siaya County Police Commander, stated that the body showed no visible physical injuries. However, it was determined that the deceased was ill and was on medication.
