President William Ruto is scheduled to travel to Arusha, Tanzania later today to attend the 24th Ordinary Summit of the East African Heads of State.
At the summit, regional leaders will discuss ways to boost economic integration, increase the East African Community’s (EAC) resistance to climate change, and combat insecurity while addressing the main issues facing the countries.
Ruto will participate in an engaging conversation commemorating the EAC’s 25th anniversary and its noteworthy accomplishments along its trajectory to political federation.
He will similarly hold bilateral talks with regional leaders on the sidelines of the summit.
