President Ruto ‘Hustling Abroad’

His first foreign trip was to attend the funeral..where he and other African Heads of State were herded into a bus.

President William Ruto has been on a charm offensive abroad.

Ruto took office when the Commonwealth was in a mourning mood, after the death of Queen Elizabeth II.

His first foreign trip was to attend the funeral..where he and other African Heads of State were herded into a bus.

From whence, the Head of State travelled to the US for a global summit, where he made his maiden speech in the international fora.

On arrival home, the Head of State constituted his first Cabinet..22 men and women he trusts will deliver the hustler agenda.

Then he took the short trip to Uganda…to deal with the General Muhoozi storm in a tea cup.

And also “greet” the region’s super President, Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.

Then the noisy neighbour Tanzania. Since independence, Tanzania and Kenya have lived a life of pretence….

Hustler mission? Kill off the pretence and embark on an economic agenda to fix hustler problems…in Tanzania and Kenya.

Ruto is a strategic politician. He knows the world economy is headed towards a recession. He will want to minimise effects in Kenya…through provision of local solutions

In US, Ruto assured current, potential and departed investors that Kenya is the deal.

He exhibited the infrastructure prowess in Kenya and the regional aviation hub as the selling point for Kenya.
