Kenya Breweries Limited through its brand Whitecap has announced its involvement in the 34th edition of the Rhino Charge event.
The brand will be sponsoring two competing teams at the event, the eight-time Coup Des Dames winners, Team Bushbabes Car 19 and Team Hippo Car 25.
The event aims to raise awareness and sensitisation towards the conservation and protection of Kenya’s mountain range ecosystems popularly known as the “Water Towers”.
Chairman and Clerk of Rhino Charge Don White praised the role Rhino Ark Charity had in the sensitisation of Kenyan environmental conservation through the competition.
Kenya Breweries is partnering with Rhino Ark Charity to participate in the Rhino Charge competition for the third year running.
Two teams, the Bushbabes- Car 19 and Team Hippo – Car 25, align with Kenya Breweries’ Diversity and Inclusion agenda.
Whitecap, KBL’s beer brand, has been involved in motorsport for the past three years, including the Kenya National Rally Championship, East African Classic Rally, and Lionesses Rally.
