Three suspected thugs were last night killed in a botched robbery incident in Ruai, Nairobi.
The men had snatched a bag from a female pedestrians and were escaping on foot when an alarm was raised alerting the public and police.
Police said one of the suspects was shot dead while two others were lynched by a mob after a dramatic chase.
The men were using a motorcycle and tried to escape but they landed into a ditch before they were caught up. Police say they recovered a homemade pistol from them.
