Tottenham Hotspur’s hierarchy is actively considering the dismissal of head coach Thomas Frank after a deeply disappointing start to his tenure, with fan sentiment turning decisively against him.
Frank, appointed in June following Ange Postecoglou’s departure, has overseen a slump that has left Spurs 14th in the Premier League after just seven wins in 22 matches.

The pressure escalated following Saturday’s home defeat to West Ham United, during which home fans chanted, “you’re getting sacked in the morning.”
BBC Sport understands that at least one senior executive has recently advocated for Frank’s immediate removal. While the board has previously shown patience, the continued poor form—one win in the last eight matches across all competitions—has forced a urgent review of his position.

The club must now decide whether to act swiftly or grant Frank a reprieve to salvage their season. The upcoming Champions League match against Borussia Dortmund is critical for Tottenham’s hopes of advancing, adding further weight to the decision.
