Peter Karanja, a business man accused of killing Tob Cohen has been arrested at the Milimani Law Courts. It is said warrants of arrest had been issued at the Naivasha court where he is wanted for robbery with violence.
This arrest happened shortly after the Hogh Court consolidated his case with that of Sarah Wairumu wife of the late tob Cohen where the two are charged with murder.
The two took their plea afresh and denied killing Tob Cohen. The prosecution led by Catherine Mwaniki wanted the cases consolidated since the victim was the same and the particulars including dates of the offence, place and time were also the same
