Telegram, a privacy-focused social media platform, is now developing “Telegram Premium,” a new subscription-based project.
Pavel Durov, the founder of Telegram Messenger, revealed that the chat service will be getting a new premium subscription.
The company intends to establish a subscription platform that will reportedly start at $4.99 and will remove the messaging app’s constraints. However, the premium plan’s specifics are yet unknown.
A Telegram channel that keeps track of new features coming to the platform shared a list of upcoming changes:
• Doubled Limits.
• 4 GB Upload Size.
• Faster Download Speed.
• Voice-to-Text Conversion.
• No Ads.
• Unique Reactions.
• Premium Stickers.
• Advanced Chat Management.
• Profile Badge.
• Animated avatars.
• Additional application icons.
Telegram Premium is already live in the beta version for Android, but you cannot subscribe to the service at the moment.
