Kibra Law courts has again postponed the sentencing of two men convicted of shooting DCJ Mwilu’s bodyguard in 2017.
Kibera Law Courts found James Wachira Kibe and Erick Njuguna Kamau guilty of robbery with violence for the shooting of the Deputy CJ driver PC Titus Musyoka Thitu in 2017.
The two were convicted of the said offences on October 4, 2022, and the trial court set October 19,2022 as the sentencing date.
However, the said court has postponed the case to October 27,2022.
