As you embark upon your new responsibilities, I am confident of your ability to steer the Africa Union towards the attainment of Agenda 2063 and all its noble objectives.
Your Excellency, I also take this opportunity to reaffirm the cordial relations and strong cooperation that our two countries have continued to enjoy over the years. I look forward to working closely with Your Excellency to continue consolidating these mutually beneficial areas of cooperation as well as furthering the interests of our mother continent, Africa.
I wish Your Excellency good health and success as you lead our beloved continent to higher levels of development and prosperity for all our peoples.
