Kenyan universities have lauded the government for increasing its funding on education programmes in the 2021/2 budget.
Kenyan universities which have lamented currently trying to keep their operations running while lamenting inadequate funding by the government.
This is after the government’s decision to eliminate parallel degree programs, which has placed colleges in dire situation.
Universities had been charging parallel students large sums of money for degree programs that lasted four years or more.
