Parker had been telling her boyfriend and family about her pregnancy for months. She purchased a silicone belly to dupe her friends and made a social media post about the pregnancy.

She left after cutting open her stomach to take her fetus, leaving the victim’s 3-year-old daughter sleeping in another room.

Parker was apprehended shortly after the murder, while driving her car about 15 kilometers away. The baby was on her lap.

She informed authorities that she had recently given birth. The retrieved baby was admitted to the hospital but died shortly.
