Kirinyaga Governor Anne Waiguru has announced that she will not sue King Kaka over ‘wajinganyinyi’ lyrics.

According to Waiguru the artiste is a confused attention seeking young man and therefore she has decided not to proceed with the suit.

“Having watched the antic of kingkaka in the last couple of days with reports of fake assassination attempts and DCI summons, Irecognise that he’s a confused attention seeking young man. I have therefore made the decision not to proceed with the Kingkaka suit,” read the tweet by Waiguru.

The Governor also expressed her disappointment with how talented youth are taken advantage of by some politicians and used to settle political scores. She further vowed to deal with her political enemies who she suspects used the artist.

“As I have chosen in previous occasions of this nature, I will contend with their masters.” She said.

Three days ago Waiguru had demanded an apology from Kingkaka over the spoken word piece failure to which she would proceed with the defamation suit.

Waiguru had been mentioned in the song over the NYS scandal where large amount of public funds were lost when she was the Cabinet Secretary Devolution
