Wajackoyah: No Bodabodas In My Regime, We Will All Be ‘Weed Millionaires’

Prof. George Wajackoyah, a presidential candidate for the Roots Party, has stated that if he wins the country’s presidency in August, his government will abolish the boda boda sector.

Wajackoyah said during a campaign rally in Busia on Saturday that his marijuana legalization agenda, which he insists will provide Kenya with economic freedom, will transform the sector.

The presidential candidate argued that if he is elected, his agenda of legalizing hemp would generate a lot of capital, allowing boda boda riders to leave their current jobs with limited opportunities for advancement.

He went on to say that the sector will collapse during his tenure because most Kenyans will earn enough money to live comfortably, making it insignificant.

“We won’t need boda bodas on our roads because there won’t be anyone to carry because most Kenyans will be millionaires thanks to the money we’ll make from bhang exportation,” he said.
