Prof. George Wajackoyah, leader of the Roots party, has spoken out against the government’s plan to import Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs) to combat hunger in various parts of the country.
Wajackoyah claimed at the Emuhaya youth talent show on Monday that GMO foods were banned in Mexico due to strange negative effects.
The former presidential candidate then made the unfounded claim that men who ate GMO crops in Mexico developed breasts while women developed beards.
