Washington DC mayor Muriel Bowser has criticized the actions of a man who racially abused ex Churchill comedian David The Student, who works as a cab driver for a taxi company (lyft). – By Stephanie Mwangi.
The man  was seemingly a drunk man so he hauled abuses to David in November 17 he was in the company of a woman who declined to wear a face mask prompting him to stop and ask them to get out of his cab.
“He ignored me for the first time and repeated it and I told him he’s putting me at risk and all other passengers I pick after him so I just pulled over and told them I have canceled the ride ,they can go ahead and get another ride .
In a video recording the man in question referred to David as ni*** before threating to pee in his car
“You are a f*** and ni*** and f*** you “here hold on I feel better when I piss in here, let me piss in your car meanwhile David was recording the whole incident and tells him “go ahead and pee “
“You will never drive lyft again the man says afterwards and David asked him “are you happy “
No we expected a lyft drive home the female lady responds.
The incident happened in Issaquah city Washington State, the mayor Mary Lou paly tweeted
“Let me make it clear, racism has no place in our community .we must all respect each other #maskup#issaquah
Lyft announced that they have banned the passenger and reached to David to apologize and they also emphasized people to wear masks during this pandemic
“There is no place for discrimination in the lyft community and this behavior is unacceptable we have permanently removed the rider from the lyft community and are in touch with the driver support. “
