On Saturday morning the boy band sautisol disappointed hundreds of fans after they announced that the sol Saturday concert which was set to happen today was cancelled.
They apologized to their fans while issuing a statement and they said they are and will give an amazing performance .however they couldn’t assure every one of their safety in accordance to the health regulations issued by the ministry of health.
“To our fans … we regret to inform you that we shall not be performing today as scheduled. ‘Sol Saturday’ event although we deeply desire to give you guys a marvelous show we cannot in good conscience assure your health and safety which is our highest priority.”
“We were recently made aware that the event size didn’t comply with Kenya’s covid protocols and regulations together with the tukutane entertainment promoters and mass house group limited we really tried to mitigate the situation however we didn’t come with a situation to the best way forward.”
And they also added that it would be careless of them to hold such an event with the rising numbers of covid-19 and fatalities which now stand at 1,629 deaths and 93,761 infections.
“We shall be refunding the promoters the full performance fees duly paid to us without delay so that they can refund you. It is disheartening and unfortunate and we soon hope to appear on stage again stay safe. Sautisol
