Senior Counsel Ahmednasir Abdullahi has vowed to defend King Kaka from any defamation suit arising from the song ‘Wajinga Nyinyi’.
This comes after Kirinyaga Governor Anne Waiguru threatened to sue the artist over his allegations pertaining the NYS scndal.
According to Ahmednasir no one was defamed in the song and therefore he will legal assistance the artist needs.
Through a tweet Ahmednasir said, “I said and I repeat..I will give legal representation to King Kaka against ANYONE who sues him for the lyric Wajinganyinyi’. Im of the considered view that no one amongst the ruling elites or the masses was defamed. UGLY, CRASS and LEWD commentaries on society are PRIVILEGED.”
Meanwhile Waiguru has given King Kaka 48 hours to pulldown the song and apologize failure to which a defamation suit will be instigated against him.
