Advocate Khaminwa urges Justice Anthony Murima to fold his tools and walk out of DP Gachagua’s impeachment proceedings since he is not welcomed by the petitioners.
“If people do not want you in this case, walk out, you are not the only Judge who can handle this matter…” fumed Dr. Khaminwa.
According to Dr. Khaminwa, majority of the people believes that DP Gachagua’s Impeachment was engineered by the politics of the Country.
He told court that if petitioners doubts getting justice before the bench, then the judges will lose nothing by recusing themselves from the case.
“When people comes to judiciary, they expect the best, the expect people who can hear them and who they cannot suspect at all. But if then they are suspecting some people whether truthful or not it is my humble submission that the natural thing as a Judge is to walk out.” Submitted Khaminwa.
