Four suspects were granted bond or a cash bail alternative after pleading not guilty to land fraud charges.
Peter Gitau Muiruri, Peter Njoroge Kanika, Hoops Shihemi Alexander, and Patroba Awino were charged with making a false government document.
It was alleged the four intended to defraud Ms. Gidjoy Investments limited land parcel measuring 11.8 acres valued at 944,000,000.
They were arraigned before Milimani Chief Magistrate Martha Mutuku, who released them on a 2 Million bond and a 1 Million cash bail alternative.
