A young man has been charged of being in possession of elephant tusks in kibera law courts today. The accused is said to be a student in Nairobi and was found in possesion of elephant tusks in south b area, Nairobi.
The tusks are said to be worthy 2.25 million. The accused, Amil Tashbil pleaded not guilty before kibera chief magistrate Hon B.Ojoo.
He was released on a cash bail of ksh200, 000 or a bond of 300, 000. The case hearing will be on 30th july and mention on 25th of july 2019
