A 34-year-old man employed by Classic Coach has been charged with raping and assaulting a campus student.
The incident is said to have happened on 25th July 2021, in Nairobi county.
In a bizarre case presented in court, Mr. Ibrahim Malukani Hamisi is said to have taken advantage of the tipsy student by giving her a lift.
Ibrahim then allegedly took her up to the Ridgeview hotel and raped her, a court document seen by Uzalendo News further stated.
He pleaded not guilty to the charges and was released on a Ksh. 300,000 bond.
