Big win in Court today as EACC recovers 11.5M from Dr. Ibrahim Isaak, the former Managing Commissioner at Kenya Meat Commission. The KMC boss fraudulently and in breach of public trust withdrew the said amount for personal use. The court ordered him to refund the money with interest.
