DCI detectives have arrested two foreign nationals in connection with an increase in Burglary cases that have been reported in Karuri area in Kiambu County. – By Gerald Gekara.
The operation was carried out in a joint taskforce with Kenya police officers based at Kihara Police post
The two suspects; Macheme Rodgers Julius and Ukwale Ben Sirira, were arrested at 1st Avenue in Eastleigh where they raided the Diligent Phone repair shop.
Detectives recovered hundreds of assorted mobile phones and laptops suspected to be stolen goods.
Following the raid, four more suspects namely Peter Githinji, James Kahiga, Martin Mburu, and James Kahiga have been arrested
The suspects who are now in lawful custody, will be arraigned in court
