Driver Behind Cuban Doctors Kidnapping To Serve Life Imprisonment

Former Mandera County driver who aided the kidnapping of two Cuban doctors has been sentenced for life imprisonment.

Senior Principal Magistrate Martha Nazushi sentenced Ibrain Issack Robow to another 25 years for the offense of kidnapping and hostage-taking of the Cuban doctors, Landy Rodrigaz (surgeon), and Herera corea (a general phisician).

In count three, Robow has been sentenced for 15 years for aiding and abetting A Terrorist act.

The magistrate has also jailed the convict for six months for falsely obtaining a Kenyan National identity card.

Count 1,2 and 3 will run concurrently meaning he will serve life imprisonment.
