Information, Communication and the Digital Economy Cabinet Secretary Eliud Owalo has said that the government is prioritizing on e-learning to leverage on it to fully transform the education sector.
The CS remarked during a speech at the Ed-Tech Summit that the government understands the critical role that technology plays in education as well as the function that technology plays in education.
“We are investing more in digital infrastructure, as a means to increased learning opportunities on the technological platform,” said Owalo.
The Ed-Tech Summit, which has been organized by Redington and Dx5, brings together experts and thought leaders in the education technology sector to exchange knowledge, form connections, and talk about the most recent developments in the sector.
