On Monday, a postmortem will be performed at the Moi Referral Hospital morgue on the body of LGBTQ activist and fashion designer Edwin Kprotrich Kiptoo alias Chiloba.
His family also announced that he will be laid to rest on Saturday, January 14, 2023, in Sergoit village, Elgeyo Marakwet County.
Gladys Chiri, Chiloba’s cousin, stated that they will attend the postmortem examination and that burial arrangements are being made.
“We’re already planning funerals,” Chiri told the Star.
She commented as three more suspects in the murder of the LGBTQ activist were apprehended in Eldoret.
According to OCPD John Odhiambo of the Langas district, those arrested were assisting with investigations.
