A 29-year-old man is fighting for his life after being caught in bed with another man’s wife.
The DCI claimed the male, only named as Kangechu, and the woman was having a wonderful time until the man of the home caught them in his bedroom at approximately 4 a.m.
An injured Kangechu narrated the unfolding events.
"A stunned Kangechu, who lives in Joska, detailed how he met the woman at a Donholm Barizi bar around 9 p.m., where they shared several rounds of drinks celebrating their newfound friendship," the DCI tweeted.
As things progressed, they decided to end the night at the woman’s home.
"However, about 4 a.m., the man of the home returned from a trip to Murang'a, only to be met with a particular pair of shoes at the entrance to his residence."
According to the DCI, he picked up a foreign wallet and a pair of trousers on his route to his bedroom, confirming his suspicions that an unwelcome visitor had entered his territory.
"What ensued was a brutal brawl that left Kangechu seriously injured after he was stabbed multiple times. As she sought to persuade her knife-wielding husband to engage in discourse, the woman suffered minor cuts to her fingers," the DCI stated.
Savannah Police officers came to distress calls from neighbours and rescued Kangechu, who was bleeding heavily, from the enraged man’s anger.
