Essex Lorry Deaths: 2 more suspects arrested as UK Police begins Post Moterm

Two 38 year olds were arrested on Friday, on suspicion of trafficking and manslaughter according to Essex Police. The two, a man and a woman, were arrested in North London.

The two, will be expected to aid in the investigtions into the death of 39 people found in a refridgirated truck.

A post mortem examination to determine the cause of death of the Chinese nationals, is however, set to begin.

On Thursday evening, 11 of the victims found on were transported from the Port of Tilbury to Broomfield Hospital, Chelmsford. 

What we know so far is;

The container arrived in Zeebrugge on Tuesday at 14.29

The container then left the Port and arrived in Purfleet early on Wednesday

The lorry and the trailer left Purfleet at 01.05

At 01.40 the 39 bodies were found in Grays Industrial Park.

It is not clear when the victims got in to the container but police are still questioning the lorry driver Mo Robinson is the only suspect arrested for the murders.
