A middle-aged man has been released on Ksh 100,000 cash bail by a Nairobi court for forging a university degree.
The court heard that Ephantus Kamau forged the professed Degree from Maseno University.
The prosecution further stated that Kamau, knowingly and fraudulently uttered the said document on September 29, 2018, at Jumuia place Kilimani Sub-County to one Leah Macharia dated December 5, 2008.
He denied the charges before Milimani Senior Principal Magistrate Bernad Ochoi and was released on Ksh 200,000 bond.
