The Inspector General-NPS, Mr. Japhet Koome hosted the Head of Public Service (HoPS), Mr. Felix Kosgei at National Police Service Headquarters.
HoPS familiarized himself with the NPS organization, assuring the IG and NPS fraternity of President William Ruto’s complete support to guarantee that NPS is autonomous, well-resourced, and safeguarded.
Their conversation also included strengthening police professionalism as directed by the rule of law, national values such as honor, objectivity, and dignity as outlined in Kenya’s Constitution.
Also present during the meeting was DIG KPS, Mr. Edward Mbugua, DIG APS, Mr. Noor Gabow, Director DCI Mr. Mohamed Amin and the PAS Ms. Bernice S. Lemedeket.
