Kenya Film Commission has come a long way. CEO Timothy Owase, a fine gentleman now working his socks off to turnaround KFC needs to read this. From calling out people to watch compulsory movies in 41 districts to the current blast, watching on Phone, Television, Youtube et al.
The letter above, written by a mzungu District Commissioner speaks volumes of how we have evolved. Note also the Kiswahili translation and the effort the unnamed DC must have put in. This means only one thing you can never take anything for granted in this country.
