Police officers have launched investigations into the death of a Wiper party supporter at Kambu market.
Ms. Janet Kanini Kioko’s body was discovered on her bed inside the rental home she was staying in at Kambu Market.
Her neighbors in the same apartment building claim that her housekeeper arrived yesterday to perform her regular tasks and knocked without receiving a response.
She made the decision to give her time to recover and come in the following day because she reasoned that she might have had a busy day.
When she came back today she couldn’t get any response even after knocking the doors and calling her phone.
She didnt respond to her boss’ calls. This time she became suspicious and informed the other neighbours and security officers.
They broke into the house and found her lifeless on her bed. A medical officer from a nearby health center came and confirmed their fears.
The body has been rushed to Kambu Sub County Hospital Mortuary (Kwa Kaloki) as further investigations on the cause of her death begins.
