Jkuat Holds Its 38th Graduation Ceremony

The graduation is held virtually for all the graduands except the PhD graduands who have attended the ceremony physically.

The Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) today June 28, holds its 38th  virtual graduation with the theme of Upscaling digital Transformation in Training, Research, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship for development.

The university had rescheduled its graduation ceremony from Friday the 24th of June 2022 to Tuesday the 28th of June 2022 due to new developments according to the University.

The graduation is held virtually for all the graduands except the PhD graduands who have attended the ceremony physically at the university’s graduation square in the main campus in Juja, Kiambu County.

Today’s graduation will witness the conferment and award of 46 PhDs, 468 master’s, 4634 bachelor’s, 473 diplomas and 233 certificates.

The total, 5854, is the highest number JKUAT has released in a single graduation ceremony.

The graduands being celebrated today are drawn from over 300 academic programs offered by the University.
