Kalonzo Musyoka, the leader of the Wiper Democratic Movement, has revisited the question of Deputy President William Ruto’s wealth and wants him to clear the air once and for all.
Kalonzo questions Ruto’s wealth, questioning how the country’s second-in-command can ‘hand out’ millions of dollars at every turn while his monthly salary is public knowledge.
“How did you acquire the money (Ruto)? You donated Kshs.10 million in Kitui alone, yet your salary is only 1.2 million?” Former Vice President Al Gore poses for a photo.
He also attacked the DP’s bottom-up economic approach, referring to it as “handout economics,” with the objective of providing a short repair rather than a long-term economic plan that may flourish a country.
Poverty and unemployment in Kenya, according to Kalonzo, have their roots in corruption.
Kalonzo declared that his presidency would end corruption in the real world and bring wealth to Kenyans in a great, big way.
“Now is the time to put a stop to Kenya’s corruption. You can count on me to take care of it.” He made a promise.
During several stops in Mwingi, the Wiper leader reassured his supporters that he would not play second fiddle to any other leader this time.
