BY LYNN KYALO – One man has been charged with Sodomy at the Kibera Law Courts today.
The accused is alleged to have sodomized a young boy aged 14 years at Kibera on 2nd February 2019.
The doctor’s report recorded at the court indicates that Kelvin- the complainant had sustained injuries in the anus a sign that he must have been asaulted. The boy is also said to be epileptic and suffered converlsions severally.
The accused is said to have been a watchman. David Kitima the accused denied the charges before chief magistrate Hon.Joyce Gandani
He was released on a free bond
The case will have a further hearing on 5th Nov 2019.
