BY FAITH MUTETE – Fena Gitu has come out guns blazing at fellow Kenyan artists for not supporting their own.
The Best female East Africa in the 2019 AFRIMMA Awards nominee has called out fellow artists for not supporting each other in the career.
She had a listening party for her Unleashed album at The Alchemist bar and according to her only 4 Kenyan Artists showed up for her gig.
She, later on, she tweeted on her twitter that only a handful of artists appeared at the music trio Elani’s ‘Colors of Love’ album listening party held at J’s bar in Westlands.
HipHop artist and activist Juliani also weighed in to the issue, but asked if maybe Fena should have texted them. sentiments that maybe they think they are too busy in their own world.
