Land Dealer Arraigned Over A Ksh. 500Million Plot

Another Director of Harizon Hills Limited in court for stealing a land valued at Ksh 500 million.

Henry Njoroge Njenga was arraigned in a Nairobi court facing charges of conspiring to defraud Messer’s Aureum limited of a land measuring 0.3314 hectares.

The said land situated along general Mathenge road is valued at Ksh 500 million.

He was also charged with forging a title deed for the land purporting it to be genuine and issued by the ministry of lands and physical planning at Nairobi land registry.

Further, he was charged with procuring land registration by false pretenses.

Mr. Henry Njoroge Njenga is said to have procured registration of grant title for the land by falsely pretending that being the director of Harizon Hills Limited, was the lawful and registered owner of the land.

Appearing before chief magistrate Lucas Onyina at Milimani law courts, the director denied the charges.

He was released on a bond of Ksh 2 million, the case will be mentioned on May 10,2023 for pretrial.
