Police officers in Mandera’s Takaba area eliminated three al-Shabaab agents who were reported to be hiding in a bush.
Communication, solar equipment found in their possession was also destroyed.
Among the items found in the ‘camp’ was al-Shabaab paraphernalia alongside water bottles.
Police have been trailing assailants in the region who have been raiding police station.
