Costly Revenge On Employer Lands Women In Court

Two women were arraigned in court and charged with stealing from their employer under unclear circumstances. 

Ruth Kageha Livole and Violet Engesia Aluse are accused of stealing three gold rings and 280,000 US Dollars valued at Ksh 32,740,000 from Atog Amos Agok, their employer. 

The said offense is believed to have occurred between April 15 and April 21, 2022 in Tipuwana Apartments Karen. 

Further, Livole is said to have been arrested conveying 25,000 US Dollars suspected to have been stolen. 

The accused women pleaded not guilty before Magistrate Bernard Ochoi of Milimani Law courts.  

They proceeded to tell the court that they have been working for the complainant for over a year without getting their salary. 

They were however released on a bond of Ksh 5m with an alternative cash bail of Ksh 2m.
